Double L Construction, LLC knows North Carolina. Our family has been in the Raleigh area for generations. Our father and his three brothers and sister were brought up in the heart of Raleigh – in fact, the Governor’s Mansion was on Dad’s paper route. Our mother and her four sisters were raised on a farm in the Pine Ridge community, just east of Zebulon.
Double L Construction is a fully insured and licensed NC residential contractor (#68380). Our construction history in North Carolina includes new custom homes and home remodeling including room and porch additions.
Homeowner Services
Double L Construction can assist homeowners (or potential new homeowners) with new custom homes, remodeling, additions, and home energy upgrades. Our home energy services include sealed and conditioned crawlspaces, duct sealing, radiant barrier attic insulation, replacement windows/doors and more. We are also a Progress Energy Preferred Contractor for home energy upgrades and can assist you with applying for refunds.
 If your Raleigh home needs repair, remodeling or a new addition we offer the following: replacement siding; built-ins for cabinets, shelving and entertainment centers, custom molding trim work; and decks and screened porches.
Builder Services
For Builders, we provide high-end or standard interior trim; entertainment centers; creative and elaborate built-ins; fireplace mantels; arches; stairways; framing; boxing and siding; decks and screened porches. We provide excellent personal references from many of the area's most highly respected builders with whom we've had the privilege of working with on subdivision homebuilder teams in Rolesville and Wake Forest, in addition to top builders for whom we've provided subcontracting services.
