This home is our “Silver” Parade of Homes winner plan – The Ashton by Frank Betz Associates.  We added a very private 21x14 screened porch (with a stone-surround fireplace and access from Master Bedroom!).  Site-built hardwoods downstairs with carpeted bedrooms, tiled bath & laundry floors and tiled shower/tub surrounds.  The kitchen features GE stainless steel convection oven, microwave and dishwasher with a JennAir cooktop, with raised-panel cherry cabinets and granite countertops in Kitchen and Master Bath. Upstairs baths feature cast iron tubs with tile surrounds.  Another fireplace in the cozy keeping room.  Master Bedroom down with French door onto screened porch.

This house was named "Our Vision". A buyer who literally watched the new home construction from beginning to completion and who truly appreciated "our vision" gave us the inspiration for this name. The interior trim by Tommy Willson, was truly a work of art going far beyond what is normally seen in this price range. We approached the building process as though we were truly creating a masterpiece. The Dining Room ceiling features a spontaneous freehand work of art by our drywall installer. The dining room also featured natural oak hardwoods with cherry borders on the floors. In addition to winning Gold, we received a "Special Features" award for our ceiling and floor work including the butler's pantry and foyer.

Description
The plan for this home is by W.L. Martin. It is located in a very private cul-de-sac on a wooded 0.6-acre lot. The front porch is very large and has two ceiling fans and beaded board ceiling. In the back is a covered porch stepping down to a deck. Beautiful hardwood floors on the first floor.

Every bit of the interior trim was completed by Tommy Willson and it is truly gorgeous! This was our final of three houses in Tanners Creek. This floor plan is very open downstairs and sits on a heavily wooded 0.6-acre cul-de-sac lot. As in every new home we build, site-built hardwood floors are found throughout the downstairs.

Description
This home sold in Spring 2004. The owners constantly tell us about neighbors coming to visit and marveling over the amount and quality of the trim detail, which was all done by Tommy Willson. All of the closets are designed and built by Double L. We never use wire shelves. We receive many compliments on our closets which are installed in all the bedrooms, not just the Master.

Description
The Taylor House is a home we built for our cousin and his family on his farm which was previously owned by our grandparents. It meant so much to us to build a part of ourselves into the land that sustained our grandparents and Mom and her sisters for almost a century. It is a place that holds so many wonderful childhood memories for us and we really enjoyed having our grandparents “look down on us” while we worked.
